Partner program offer

The offer is made by Individual Entrepreneur “Alexey Polyanskiy”, identification code 306427916, address: Politsiis St., Isani-Samgori, Tbilisi, Georgia, e-mail a1@100doc.ge — the same operator as in the site details of tourist.100doc.ge.

Subject: the partner brings buyers of the policy to tourist.100doc.ge through a link with their tag, and we pay the partner a percentage of paid policies.

The rate is counted from the paid price of the policy:

• 7 % — for a link in an article or on an inner page;
• 10 % — for a link from the home page or from the menu.

For policies longer than 90 days — half the rate. We set the partner’s rate when adding them to the registry; it is shown in the partner cabinet.

• A policy counts when it is paid and issued.
• A full refund removes the policy, a partial one reduces the commission.
• A client stays attributed to the partner for 90 days after the click.
• A later partner click overrides an earlier one.

• Clicks, policies and commission are visible to the partner in the cabinet.
• The statement for the past month is sent by e-mail on the 1st.
• We pay against the partner’s invoice within 5 business days; if the invoice arrives by the 5th — no later than the 10th.
• The minimum payment is ₾50; a remainder below the minimum is not lost but carried over to the next month.
• Discrepancies in a statement are to be raised within 30 days of its date.

• A plain link, without nofollow.
• Where the platform requires partner links to be disclosed, the partner discloses them honestly.

Prohibited: click inflation, search advertising on our brand, spam mailings, substituting other partners’ tags, placement on sites with illegal content.

If clause 5 is broken we may suspend payment and switch off the partner code, explaining the reason by e-mail.

The partner may leave the program at any moment — by e-mail to a1@100doc.ge.

The terms change by publishing a new edition with a new date. Active partners receive an e-mail about the new edition.

Commission already accrued is counted by the edition in force on the date of the policy.

The partner’s taxes and reporting are on the partner. We pay the amount stated in their invoice.
